For this villa of more than 300m2, we worked on a complete project.
Electrical and home automation management: Scenarization of lighting in Lutron as well as control of interior curtains, roller shutters and motorized bay window.
Indoor music distribution with column and outdoor speakers around the swimming pool.
Security with connected lock, Sieedle video doorman and video surveillance coupled with the alarm.
The whole is found on Control4 screens and smartphone / tablet.
